Where is my order?
- Confirmation: right after your purchase, you receive an order confirmation email.
- Shipping: as soon as it ships, you receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
- Delivery: in France, allow 7 to 12 working days in total after your order, and 12 to 20 working days for the nail grinder (it travels separately because of its battery).
If you ordered several items or a kit, they may arrive in several parcels: you then receive one tracking number per parcel.
I can't find the tracking email
Check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder. The email is sent to the address entered when ordering.
My parcel is late
If you haven't received a tracking number 5 working days after your order, or if your parcel hasn't moved for several days, contact us with your order number (it starts with #). We follow every parcel until it's delivered.
