This English translation is provided for information only. The French version of these terms is the only legally binding version and prevails in case of any difference.
1. Seller
These terms apply to sales made on the Toufino website, published by Zakaria A, sole trader (micro-entreprise), SIRET 949 158 612 00026, email contact@toufino.fr. The seller's full details are given in the legal notice.
2. Products
The essential characteristics of the products (dimensions, materials, use, care) are presented on their product page. Photos are not contractually binding in their details (exact colour shade, decorative elements).
3. Prices and offers
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Tracked delivery is free to mainland France. Current offers apply automatically in the cart: “2 brushes for €29.90” and “pet hair removal glove free with orders over €45”. For the latter offer, the €45 amount is calculated after discounts, excluding the glove and excluding kits that already contain a glove (Complete Kit, Zero Hair Kit); only one glove is free per order and the customer must add it to the cart. The welcome code BIENVENUE10 (-10%) is valid once per customer and cannot be combined with other product discounts. The crossed-out price shown on a kit or bundle is the total price of the items sold separately. Payment in 3 instalments with Klarna is offered subject to Klarna's approval.
4. Order and payment
The order is final once payment has been validated. Payment is due immediately and is made securely using the methods offered at checkout. A confirmation email summarises the order.
5. Delivery
Delivery to mainland France only. Indicative times from the order date: 7 to 12 working days for the brush and the glove; 12 to 20 working days for the nail grinder (special transport because of its battery); and no later than 30 days. An order of several items or a kit may be delivered in several parcels. A tracking number is sent by email. In case of delay, the customer may, after a formal notice that remains without effect, cancel the order and be refunded, in accordance with articles L. 216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without having to give any reason. The customer informs the seller by email at contact@toufino.fr or using the form below, then returns the complete product within 14 days of the decision. Return costs are at the customer's expense. The refund, including the initial delivery costs, is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal decision; the seller may defer it until the product or proof of shipment has been received. The customer may be held liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

7. Commercial guarantee “30-day money-back guarantee”
In addition to the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantees, the seller offers a commercial guarantee: if the product does not suit the customer, the customer may request a refund by email at contact@toufino.fr within 30 days of receipt. The seller then sends the return address. The customer returns the complete product, in its original condition, at their own expense. The product price is refunded as soon as the return is received, to the payment method used for the order. This guarantee does not replace the legal guarantees below.
8. Legal guarantees
The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to claim under the legal guarantee of conformity, and benefits from the rights set out in articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code (repair or replacement within thirty days, price reduction or cancellation in the cases provided by law). The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. 10. Mediation and applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer first contacts customer service. If no amicable solution is found, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: the seller's membership is in progress and the mediator's details will be added to this article once it is finalised.
